Governance Structure
General Assembly is the highest policy-making body of the organization. The Executive Committee provides strategic direction and oversight. The Chairman leads the organization, while the Executive Director manages day-to-day operations. Program implementation is carried out by the Program & Training Officer, Finance & Administration Officer, and Library & ICT Officer with support from a network of community volunteers.
